History

Founded in 2001 by Mary Hills, Magnificat Real Estate operates in San Diego and Riverside Counties. Magnificat Real Estate was originally conceived as a result of a vision to restore and revitalize homes that had become neglected and consequently left in tragic disrepair. Restoring these homes resulted in a restored neighborhood as well. A restored home is a happy home…happy homes create happy neighborhoods. Emerging from this, Magnificat Real Estate developed into a full service real estate company providing exemplary service to buyers and sellers.
